Another Easy one! Another Classic!
This Lower Carb Cranberry Sauce is absolutely amazing!! Nobody can tell the difference from it’s sugary counter part, and if you use moderation this could be compatible with our Keto dieters.
- 12 oz Fresh Cranberries
- 1 1/2cup Powdered Erythritol
- 3/4 cup Water
- 3 tsp Orange Zest
- 1 1/2 Tbsps. Ginger paste
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp Xanthum Gum
- Combine all ingredients(except vanilla) together, into a large pot. Stirring occasionally heat on a low simmer. Approx. 10-15 mins.
- Remove from heat, slowly stir in vanilla. Refrigerate and serve cold.
